:
In order to deal with her loss when Bloom moves in with her uncle into a little Mountain town following the passing of her mother all she really wants to do is dancing. Harmony bloom befriends Herbie the boyfriend of the High School Dance Team Captain. Soon Harmony and their camaraderie Flowers becomes envious that Bloom has only stole her boyfriend. Bitter Harmony and envious does not permit Bloom to join her dance team. To be able to demonstrate her abilities to the entire school bloom must showcase her dancing chops.
